Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately creating, entering, reviewing, editing and maintaining all inputted data, resolving discrepancies as necessary.
- Provide documentation and information to account for production discrepancies, raw material and component consumption discrepancies, and cycle count discrepancies.
- Conduct Cycle Count Audit on a monthly basis
- Communications with vendors & multiple internal departments
- Verify receiving and receipt paperwork, noting any discrepancies.
- Organize priority orders and receive such orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Report all receiving issues and information to department leads and sales department to avoid delays and quality failures.
- Ensure that all receiving documents and receiving logs are easily accessible and maintained.
- Perform cross functional tasks as requested by management.
- Work both individually and as part of a team to maximize productivity, efficiency and quality.
- Work and communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external personnel.
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations, including the reporting of any hazards, violations or injuries to Management no matter how minor
- Must operate safety equipment and help provide a safe working environment by maintaining good housekeeping practices
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
- Other duties as required
- Ability to operate forklift in accordance to safety and operational compliance is a plus
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1+ years experience in an office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- A passion for customer service.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Outlooks, etc).
- Works well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
