Responsibilities

Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
Maintain clear communication with managers, parts, and installation teams to coordinate project needs and timelines.
Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out, and ensure inventory is properly maintained.
Accurately and promptly complete all required paperwork and documentation for each project.
Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer in residential settings.
