The Culture Program Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture, aligning it with strategic goals, and fostering team effectiveness. Acts as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, leading the development and implementation of strategies to promote a positive and inclusive culture. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they identify strengths and areas for improvement, offering comprehensive solutions informed by data analysis. Additionally, they facilitate leadership development programs, ensure alignment with organizational values, and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications: Culture Program Lead
* Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Leadership, or a related field required.
* Five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), culture and inclusion efforts (e.g., Dignity & Respect), organizational effectiveness, or leadership development, Human Resources, or a similar role required.
* Strong project coordination skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating initiative and successfully driving projects to completion required.
* Experience in gaining necessary alignment required through effective change management principles and stakeholder influence required.
* Demonstrated ability to embed principles of dignity and respect into program design and team engagement strategies required.
* Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
* Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences required.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships, with political finesse and the capacity to manage multiple projects successfully required.
* Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or team development sessions required.
Preferred Qualifications: Culture Program Lead
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present solutions that drive action based on metrics preferred.
* Experience building and refining processes and policies for complex organizations preferred.
* Experience in organizational development-related consulting and facilitation preferred.
* Knowledge of organizational development interventions preferred.
