Job Summary:

Manage the medical receptionist staff and ensures they receive all program updates/guidelines to enter, check-in and schedule visits for patients at MMI. Serves as the customer service representative for MMI.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
1 year in experience in healthcare environment with working knowledge of medical office operations
Microsoft Access,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Office

Will consider additional post high school education in lieu of required experience.

Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely confident manner
Knowledge of medical terminology
Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills required
Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment
Effective communicator
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal/external customers
