Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
• 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required within the last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Level I trauma experience; will screen busy Level II. RNs circulate; no scrub. Common diagnosis/types of patients: interventional, EP lab, peripherals, cardiology and vascular, MitraClip, TAVR, IABP, and Emtala placement. Uses Xper, Phillips, and Siemens equipment.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Shift & Scheduling: 3, 12-hour shifts 6:00 AM-6:30 PM plus call. Call varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule with a 30-minute response time required. Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Holidays: work into rotation. 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM-6:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month.
Floating Requirements: ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established; however, this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians are aware of what location they’ll be reporting to.
