Provides advanced and diversified secretarial services such as: proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and administrative services to major university administrator. Duties require considerable independent judgment, initiative and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of specific commercial courses related to office and secretarial skills or two or more years experience in an office environment.
Ability to perform word processing with accuracy.
Three years of previous secretarial experience, or equivalent.
Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
