We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company's administrative activities.
The individual will perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate office vendor management.
Provide administrative support to departments, including assistance with accounting tasks.
Respond to inquiries from vendors in a professional and prompt manner.
Facilitate clear communication across departments, ensuring alignment and timely information sharing
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and internal coordination.
Escort visitors and guests.
Plan, schedule, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, site visitors and off-sites.
Create and provide FedEx labels, collect and distribute mail and packages
Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and stocking kitchen pantries.
Order and distribute business cards
Assist with travel arrangements in company's designated travel portal.
Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Previous administrative experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a dynamic work environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Office Hours & Location: Hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
This is an in-person, full-time position in Chantilly, VA
